the service and staff were amazing , they welcomed us warmly from the u. s. they paid close attention to every detail. i arrived early , they securely stored my luggage and then delivered it right to my room so i could explore the city without any hassle. they even provided a map and suggested places i might find interesting.
i noticed slight wear in some common areas , however the rooms were super clean.

the hotel features a bar area , it creates a relaxed atmosphere with lighting that makes you want to stay a little longer. the complimentary drink tokens, offered for foregoing daily laundry service , add a thoughtful touch to the experience. i found this encouraged a more sustainable stay.

the hotel is close to both main train stations , , made travel simple. the proximity to key transport hubs added greatly to the convenience of my stay. i was able to quickly access various parts of the city without any problems.

The location was very convenient to both train stations. Several good restaurants existed nearby. I also took advantage of the free drink in the bar each evening because I declined daily linen replacement. I think more establishments should adopt this eco-conscious practice.
My room was a bit noisy. It felt somewhat dated. The room cleanliness wasn't entirely satisfactory. The room required additional cleaning to reach an acceptable level.
